History
Desna Systems was created in 2006 as an answer to requests from a number of European and North American companies that were looking for embedded software providers in Ukraine. The company founders strongly believe that Ukraine with its pool of talented engineers represents a strong alternative to traditional outsourcing destinations like India and China.
Founder
Gennady Serdyuk
Gennady holds a BS and MS degrees in electronics from Kiev National Technical University "KPI", Ukraine. He has over 20 years experience in software development, analog and microwave simulation tool design.
He worked as a senior software development engineer for Ansoft, Inc., a leading provider of RF&MW EDA tools. He also held a position of a principal engineer taking an active part in the development of a VHDL-AMS harmonic balance simulator at Ridgetop Group, Inc.
Gennady is an author of more than 20 technical papers, member of IEEE and ACM. His present interests include mixed-mode and RF simulation, behavioral modeling, hardware verification.
